Returns and customer rights
Our Refund Policy accepts eligible defective and non-defective new-item returns and exchange requests within 30 days after delivery. A free prepaid return label accompanies the parcel, there is no restocking fee, and an approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 days.
